Technicolor Yawn by Laquerdaisical

Today I have a funky indie polish on my nails, we are talking SUPER funky.

This is like someone from the 80s puked on my nails.... in a good way :)

Laquerdasical is a UK based indie brand which I have had the pleasure of working with Alexia a few times and she even listens to me rambling on about polish dreams whilst she strives to make them come true and I'm sure Alexia won't mind me dropping a little hint that there is something very lovely coming up soon!

Anyway back to the polish! Technicolour yawn is a micro glitter polish.
3 coats in the pictures with one coat of topcoat.

 Bottle shot ^^

This polish does cover without undies but as you can see it can be hard to get the glitter in all the right places. The nail line is not as visible as this in real life.

This polish is just so fun! I think it would also look great layered over a range of different colours.

So what do you think of this? Are you a fan of glitter polishes?

Technicolour Yawn is available from Laquerdaisical facebook page and their new website!

This polish was sent to me for my honest review. Please see my disclosure page for more details.

Laquerdasical Swatches

Fee Nicks My Kisses and Cyanara are two new polishes from the fab UK indie brand Laquerdasical.

These polishes were an absolute bugger to capture on the camera! In real life they have a deep and unique colour especially Fee Nicks My Kisses.

First up is Fee Nicks My Kisses
This is a strange one. I have no idea how to describe it really.
It has like an actual red glow to it? Green, gold with a red hue.
Very, Very unique. You will not find a polish like this elsewhere!
Unfortunately I just don't think it suits my skin tone :(
This polish applies well, this is 3 thin coats with topcoat.

Bottle Shot.

Last up is Cyanara. This one is a multichrome which is best layered over a dark base polish.
It shows flashes of blues, purples and reds. I just had to bling this one up!!
This polish looks so grand and elegant! I cant stop staring at my nails! LOVE!!

I just cant get over how lush this polish is! The diamantes really go with this!
As this is a polish that can be layered it can go over any base colour for a wide range of different effects.

These polish are available from Laquerdasical's FACEBOOK page.

These polishes were sent to me for my honest review. for more info please see my disclosure.

Laquerdiasiccal Boulder Dot Dot Dash Swatch and Review

Here today we have another Laquerdaisical polish for ya!

Its called Boulder Dot Dot Dash.
Alexia, the creator of Laquerdaisical, described this as a pale grey jelly with multicoloured matte glitters.

I could see the tinted base in the bottle but couldn't notice on the nail so I have included pictures without undies (base colour) and with undies.

(look at that little squiggly glitter on my index nail, love it!)

As with all Laquerdaisical polishes I have tried this applies fantastically. Has a great amount of glitter.
The pictures above are 2 coats with no topcoat.

The colour of the glitter are so bright and remind me of the 80's!
Not that I was alive then but you get me!

Here it is layered over Color Club Silver Lake.

I mean freaking look at this!
I LOVE IT!
I showed my husband and he said "wow, that IS good"
That right there is the best recommendation a polish can have!

I can imagine this used in loads of ways. Layered up with jellys or used in a glitter fade.

What do you think? What other colours do you think would love lovely with this polish?

You can purchase this and many other handmade polishes from Laquerdaisical's Facebook Page

Laquerdasical Swatches

Hello everyone!
I have a lovely Indie brand to share with you all today.... Laquerdaisical

Based in the UK and run by Alexia, Laquerdaisical makes a wide range of polishes and even some holos were released just last night!

First up is Where the Glitter FlaminGoes.
This is a pink jelly with pink mix holo glitter. A darker pink not a baby type pink so it has my vote already!

Macro bottle shot

All pictures with 3 thin coats and Seche Vite

Already I have had numerous compliments on this shade. It really catches the light.
The first thing i noticed about the polish was the way it applied. Despite having a high glitter content and coverage it wasn't thick. It was truly easy to apply.
A pet hate of mine, and it happens mostly with Indies, is a thick polish.

As its a jelly it had buildable coverage so you could layer it over another polish to make it truly opaque or you could be really adventurous and try it over a completely different colour polish and see what happens.....

The final one i have for you today is Elphaba's Downfall
This is a red, verging on the pinky side. It is packed with red glitter which gives a flash of bluey purple!!
It is a textured polish if left without topcoat (similar in texture to Zoya Pixiedust)

3 thin coats and 2 coats of seche vite

it is a strange polish as in some lights it looks red and in others pink. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the flash of purply blue you get every now and then but I must say that is not really noticeable if you don't topcoat it.
Again coverage is great and it goes on like a dream so no complaints here.

I do have another Laquerdaiscal polish to show you but I just couldn't wait to show you these! The next one will be coming up very soon!

I think Laquerdaisical will be a brand to watch as I love the application, colours available and the name choices!
You can buy these and other Laquerdasical polishes from HERE

Which one is your fave?
